The club meets in the School of Public Health (SPH) 0103. This is the weight room on the bottom floor, easily accessible via the staircase between Eppley Recreational Center (ERC) and SPH. The facility has 2 power racks, 2 platforms, bumper plates, 4 flat benches as well as an incline and decline bench, a cable crossover, pullup bars, a gluteham bench, and plenty of other machinery that you may or may not use. The dumbbells go from 7.5 lbs to 150 lbs, and there are always plenty of free barbells.

The Weightlifting Club currently has no formal hours for meeting, because we are not registered with the CRS (Campus Recreational Services). Hours will be posted as soon as we get information of them for Fall 2011. Based on previous club years, hours on any weekday will most likely be 4:15 - 5:30 pm, and members are welcome to stay afterward for normal student hours. If we get Saturday hours, they will most likely be 2-4 pm, but this is just assuming things stay as they were in prior years.

However, during this semester club members do meet unofficially at 5:30 onward MWF in the SPH 0103 gym to work out. Please feel free to stop by and join us. There is almost always a club member using one of the squat racks or platforms. If you see someone there, chances are they are in the club and would love to talk to you about joining.
