Weightlifting Camp is coming around the corner. This year it will be scheduled from June 13, 2011 to June 18, 2011 at Millersville University on Cottage Avenue in Millersville, PA 17551. I just spoke to head coach Leo Totten and it will be a great event with lifters of all levels and expertise. There will also be a LOT of coaches there. If you are looking to make some big technical jumps, get some high quality training in, as well as compete then this is the camp for you. As soon as I get more details, I will keep you guys posted but it looks like it will be around $500 for that week with Room and Board (including meals) all covered for.
